In order to do a clean re-install:


1.  Export your current settings:




2. Uninstall Quicklaunch in Windows Settings

3. Delete %programdata%/isolatedstorage

4. Ensure that the Meeting Room Account is a member of the local administrators group.

5. Log into the Meeting Room Account

6. Install Quicklaunch from http://qlinstall.ucworkspace.com/v3/production/
