Unable to install or run the application. The application requires that assembly

Microsoft.Management.Infastructure Version 1.0.0.0

be installed in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) first.

It appears that not all the Windows Management Framework 4.0 (WMF) is installed with the .NET Framework 4.5 and if WMF was not previously installed with other updates then this error will occur.

To resolve this issue install WMF 4.0:
