Quicklaunch Technical Support may request debug info to help diagnose meeting information.  Follow these steps:


  1. Set up a display for tabbed mode with calendar
  2. Set up a meeting for today that shows the issue
  3. Go to settings -> system -> network
  4. Check the Debug checkbox, then save.
  5. On the meeting that shows the issue, click the menu item, then click “View Details”
  6. Open Windows Explorer
  7. Go to the directory %TEMP%
  8. Search for the file "Quicklaunch.debug*"  - select the latest one
  9. Email the text file to Quicklaunch technical support
