Quicklaunch Technical Support may request debug info to help diagnose meeting information. Follow these steps:
- Set up a display for tabbed mode with calendar
- Set up a meeting for today that shows the issue
- Go to settings -> system -> network
- Check the Debug checkbox, then save.
- On the meeting that shows the issue, click the menu item, then click “View Details”
- Open Windows Explorer
- Go to the directory %TEMP%
- Search for the file "Quicklaunch.debug*" - select the latest one
- Email the text file to Quicklaunch technical support
