What Is Color Picker? 

Color Picker settings allow you to customize the color theme of Quicklaunch. 

Advance Settings Only Apply to "Flat" Displays. 

Color Picker is located Quicklaunch Settings > Theme > General. Select "Show Advanced Settings" from the list on the right.

This will allow more detailed settings to be edited.

Color Space: This option has RGBA, Transparent, Picture and Gradients

• RGBA: This setting (Red, Green, Blue, alpha) A or Alpha changes the Transparency of the colors. Shown Above the transparency changes the black to a grey.
• Transparent: This Setting Changes the background completely transparent.
  
• Picture: This setting allows you to add a picture instead of  a color 
• Gradients: (Color ramp or color progression) There are five different Gradient Settings 
  1. This Gradient setting radiates from the center
     
     
  2. This Gradient setting goes from top right to bottom left
     
     

  3. This Gradient setting goes from bottom right to top left
     

  4. This Gradient goes from left to right

  5. This Gradient goes top to bottom

Copy and Paste Icons: The Two Icons Next To Each Setting Allows you to copy and paste the same color to a different setting.

General Settings: These Setting Change the Main Screen Of Quicklaunch

• Background- Background will be the general color of Quicklaunch 
• Header Background: Choose the color for the main color of the header (Shown Below)
• Header Icon: Choose the color for the Icons on the header (Shown Below)
  
  
• Header Icon Hover: When you Hover over the icons placed on the header a different color shows (Shown Below)
  
  
• Header Icon Background: Changes *only* the background of the icons on the header (Shown Below)

• Header Icon Background Hover:  When you hover over the icon only the background of the icon will change colors (Shown Below) 

• Header Logo: For the "Header Logo" you can choose the logo of your brand or name of your company, if you select the three dots next to the setting you can select your picture (Shown Below)
  
  

• Footer Background: This settings will change the background of the bottom of the theme (Shown Below)
  

• Footer Text: This setting will change the Time & Date text color (Shown Below)
  

• Room Name: On the header you have your room name of your company, your name or whatever you desire. This setting will change only the text of you Room Name.
  

• Broadcast Message Text: A message will broadcast at all times next to your icons on your header. To enable  broadcast message Settings>System>Broadcast and enable and add your text. This setting will change the color. (Shown Below)
  

DayPicker: Will Change The Colour of the "DayPicker" (Dropdown Calendar)

• Calendar Header Text: This setting will change the color of the Date on the Calendar Header (Shown Below)
• Calendar Background: This setting will change the background color of the calendar.  (Shown below)
  
• Calendar Text: This setting will change the Days on the calendar. (Shown Below)
• Calendar Header And Footer Background: This setting settings will change only the Header and Footer of the calendar. (Shown Below)
  
• Calendar Header and Background Text: This setting will change the text on the header and footer. (Shown Below)

• Hover Background: When you hover over the date selected a Different color will show.  (Shown Below)

• Hover Text: If you hover over a date  the text color will change. (Shown Below)

• Selected Background: This settings changes the "Todays Date" Background (Shown Below)

• Selected Day Text: This settings changes the "Todays Date" Text (Shown Below)

  
  

• Today Background: *Not Used* V1 

• Today Day Text: *Not Used* V1

Actions: Will change the background and Icons of the Action Tile Groups

NOTE: The background of each individual Action Tile must be customized within the Action Tile Settings (Settings > Actions > Actions > [desired action tile]

• Group Background: Shown Below are all the groups where your action tiles are placed. Group Background will give you the option to have all the groups background the same color.
  • Override Quicklaunch Background: This setting allows you to change the Group Selected separately. 
  • Override Collaboration Background: This setting allows you to change the Group Selected separately. 
  • Override Applications Background: This setting allows you to change the Group Selected separately.

• Group Header Text: This option allows you to change the Header Text of these groups, Either all the same color or different colors. (Shown Below)
• Group Icon: This option allows you to change the Icon of these (Shown Above) either together or separately. 
• Action Text/ Icon:  These two options will let you change the Action tile text and Icon color (Shown Below) 
  

Schedule: This Setting Will Change Your Schedule Settings.

• Background:  This setting changes the background of your schedule, In the picture below shows a dark blue/grey background.
  
  
• Item Background: This setting changes the items (Where you meetings are located) Background. The Grey in the picture below is the item background. 
• Item Text: This setting changes the Text color of the Time, Date, Name of the person who created the meeting and the meeting provider. (Shown Below) 
• Join Background/Join Icon: Join Background settings changes the background color of the meeting provider. Join Icon Changes the meeting providers icon color (Shown Below is a skype meeting with a black background and white icon)
  
• Select Item Background/Select Item text: This setting will change the background and text of the meeting that is currently happening. (Shown Below Is a burgundy background and white text of a current meeting)
  
• Menu Background/Menu Text:   This Setting will change the text and the refresh icon color (Shown Below)
  
  
  
  

AppBar: This Setting Will Change Your AppBar on Dock View Settings.

• Background: This option changes the DockBar background. (Shown Below) 
   
• Foreground: This option changes the two icons (Dock View Left and Unpin AppBar Shown Below) on the top of the AppBar.
   
• Alternate Background: When you hover over the two icon shown above a alternate background will appear (Shown Below)

• Action Background: This option will change the override background (Shown Below)
  
• Action Foreground: This option changes the text of the overrides  (Shown Below)
• Action Icon Background: This option changes the action icons background (Shown Below)
• Action Icon Foreground: This option changes the color of the actions icon (Shown Below)
• Action Hover Background/Foreground: When you hover over an action tile a new Background and Text  color will appear (Shown Below)
• Action Icon Hover Background/Foreground: When you hover over an action tile the Icons background and Icon color will change (Shown Below)
