Drawings created in FlatFrog can be shared with the meeting attendees during the meeting or on Room Reset.
To send drawings during the meeting, simply click/tap on the meeting details icon in the bottom right corner of the Meeting Tile.
Add recipients, choose drawings from your drive and send.
2. In order to configure Quicklaunch to send drawings on Room Reset you will need to save drawings to a folder that is set under Quicklaunch Settings.
Go to Quicklaunch Settings (CTR+Alt+S) ->Calendar ->General
Draw in FlatFrog Whiteboard and save it to the same folder.
On Room Reset you will be prompted to send/zip files
Choose yes.
Add emails to the list of recipients you wish to send the meeting drawings, choose Meeting Zips and send.
