For Exchange accounts, if you are using one account for logging into Exchange, but want to display the calendar of another exchange account, follow these steps.

1. Setup the Exchange Calendar Account to Share its' Calendar


There are two accounts:

  1. The Exchange login account
  2. The Exchange calendar account


The Exchange Calendar Account will need to share its calendar with the Exchange Login Account:


  1. Go to outlook for the Calendar Account
  2. Go to settings, calendar settings
  3. Go to shared calendars
  4. Select the calendar you want to share
  5. Share the calendar with the Exchange Login Account - View All Details





2. Setup Quicklaunch to Use the Exchange Accounts


Once the Exchange Calendar Account has shared its calendar with the Exchange Login Account, setup Quicklaunch with the following steps:


  1. Go to Settings -> Accounts -> Login
  2. In the Exchange Login Email field, enter the Exchange Login Account email adddress
  3. In the Exchange Calendar Email files, enter the Exchange Calendar email address
  4. In the Exchange Password field, enter the password for the Exchange Login account
  5. Click Verify to ensure the Exchange Login Account can access the calendar of the Exchange Calendar account
  6. Save Settings


You have now finished setting up Quicklaunch to display the calendar of the Exchange Calendar account
