Zoom Anonymous join window is caching the user name of the last signed in user.

Steps to reset the user name:

  • Open Zoom Desktop Client
  • Without signing in Click on Join Meeting button
  • On Join meeting dialog
    • Enter Name you would like anonymous join to use
    • Leave 'Remember my name for future meetings' checked
    • Enter '1111111111' in Meeting Id field
    • Click Join Button
      • It will popup a message that the meeting id is invalid
  • Anonymous joins through QL will now use the Name specified above
