Due to an issue with Microsoft desktop apps Quicklaunch is unable to sign-out automatically on Room Reset. Quicklaunch is working closely with Microsoft to correct this security issue. Until Microsoft corrects this issue we recommend using the Microsoft in-browser apps. Here is how:
Launch Office in Incognito Browser Window
Create an action tile to start the browser in a guest window (Incognito) and go to one of these office URLs:
Word: https://www.office.com/launch/word
Excel https://www.office.com/launch/excel
Powerpoint https://www.office.com/launch/powerpoint
Outlook https://outlook.office365.com/
On Room reset, select close applications and this will close all application - including the incognito browser window.
