After creating your account, UC Workspace must verify the company you are with and associate your account with your company.


To do so, please send a request to support@ucworkspace.com.


To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Subject: "Associate my Account with my Company".
  • Body
    • Your user name and your company name.
    • If you are the administrator for your company with UC Workspace, please indicate this as well.
    • If you are not the company administrator, please ensure that whoever that might be at your company has signed up with UC Workspace, or signs up by following this guide.


Once we receive your request, please wait for a response before attempting to create a subscription.
