Apps view is utilized to view all open applications and switch between them and move them. It is similar to taskview but prevents users from creating and changing multiple desktop views. Optionally you can add the the Windows Application View Control feature to move the windows around.

This feature is set by default in the Launcher Group of Action tiles to display on the dockbar only. You will need to add the option for Windows Application View Control and or add as an action tile in flat display mode. The tabbed view has Windows Tab as an option and if you are using it on a console it is unlikely that you would enable the Apps view with Windows on the dockview. However, if you are using tabbed mode without a console you will likely want to add.
