1) One-Click Join and Display Rules: 

How to setup One-Click Join for MS. How to setup Display Rules.

  • Enter Settings: (Ctrl-Alt-S)>Calendar> Meeting > MS Teams 
  • Show MS Teams Meetings: Enable this setting, if this is not enabled, Teams meetings will not show.
  • Choose Client: Choose either "Teams UWP App", "Thick Client", Or "Browser". Select a client for meeting to open with.
  • Web Browser:  Choose either "Chrome", "Edge", "Firefox", "IE" or "Default Browser". Select a Browser for meeting to open with.

2) Action Tile: How to add Microsoft Teams Action Tile

  • Enter Settings: Ctrl-alt-s> Actions> Actions > Select a Group
  • Add App: Bottom left corner, Select the plus sign. This will open a catalog. 
  • Search "Teams"
  • Action Tile settings: Configure the Settings for the chosen Action Tile (See Customizing Action Tiles for more information):

4) Meet Now: How to Set up "Meet now" For Microsoft Teams with EXE. 

  • Add a "Meet now" Action Tile. There is one under S4B and The other under "Collaboration" Select the one under collab 
  • Meet Now provider: Select a meet now provider, In this case select "EXE" 
  • Name:  Meet Now 
  • Short Name: MS Now
  • Description: Meet Now for MS Teams



Where to find Program and Startup Path: 

  • Program Path: Make Sure Teams is installed. 
    • Search Bar: Microsoft Teams> Right Click> Open file location
    • Once in the file location> Right click on teams> Properties
    • Once In "Properties"> Copy the path under "Target" and "Start in"
    • Now that you have the both paths:
      • Enter the "Target path" under "Program path" in Quicklaunch settings.
      • Enter the "Start in path" under "Startup" in Quicklaunch settings.
