1) How to Configure Meet Now for Zoom

  • First head to Account > Zoom > Ensure your Zoom account info has been entered and verified
  • Then head to calendar > Meet Now > Under "Meeting Provider" select Zoom

2) Meet Now Action Tile for Zoom 

  • To add an action tile first head to Actions > select the Actions tab. To add an action tile select the "plus" icon (Shown below)
  • Once the plus icon is selected a catalog will open > Once this has opened search for " Meet now" and select "Zoom Meet Now" 
  • Once this is selected you can customize the action tile

2a) How to Add Participants

  • To add participants to the Meet Now action tile, add their email addresses to the Participants field. To add more than one you must separate the emails with a comma (Shown Below)
  • this will send a meeting invite to the participants added when joining Meet Now. Note - all participants need zoom installed 


Once you have customized and added the action tile it will shown in your Quicklaunch main screen
