This FAQ will explain how to setup "Meet Now" for Zoom in Quicklaunch.

Note - Zoom Meet Now is a Feature of Quicklaunch Ultimate Edition

Note - Meeting Manager will work with Meet Now for Zoom

Note - Zoom need to be installed

1) How to Configure Meet Now for Zoom (Tabbed Mode)

First head to Account > Zoom > Ensure your Zoom account info has been entered and verified
Enter Settings > Display > FullScreen and Enable Meet Now under the Right Status Bar
Then head to calendar > Meet Now > Under "Meeting Provider" select Zoom
- Choose a join choice of either Prompt Host or Participant or Always Join as Participant
- Optionally Add Participants (you may also add then when the meet now is running)
- Press Meet Now on the Right Status Bar of the Quicklaunch interface
- If participants have been entered in the Quicklaunch Meet Now settings, they will receive a meeting invite when the button is pressed

2) Meet Now Action Tile for Zoom

To add an action tile first head to Actions > select the Actions tab. To add an action tile select the "plus" icon (Shown below)
Once the plus icon is selected a catalog will open > Once this has opened search for " Zoom Meet now" and press Select
Once this is selected you can customize the action tile
Start With Video/Audio: If these options are selected Zoom Meet Now will join with Video and/or Audio on
