When establishing an PC Account for Quicklaunch to run under ensure that it is a member of the User Group.
This account can be either local or an AD attached account. If leveraging GPO and AD attached account will make more sense.
In order for Lockdown Mode to work correctly the Quicklaunch Installer must be installed as the PC Account (NOT "RunAs Administrator" or installed from an administrative account).
During the installation you will be prompted via Microsoft UAC for admin credentials for the privileges required to install Lockdown Manager, Quicklaunch associated files, registry settings, and Scheduled Tasks that require administrative privilege.
